15W was located near Latitude 20.5 degrees North and Longitude
159.1 degrees East. 15W is moving northwest at 13 mph. It is
expected to maintain this general course with a slight increase
in forward speed over the next 24 hours.

Maximum sustained winds are 30 mph. 15W is forecast to intensify
through tonight possibly becoming a tropical storm.
