From garycrunk@21:2/105 to Avon on Thursday, April 27, 2017 16:42:43

I do not know why this is doing this now... It's worked before many
    times, not I am seeing fdxinfo.tic, fsxinfo.zip, fsxnet.1.tic, fsxnet.1.z18 , mysbinkd.tic, mysbinkd.zip and userstat.zip sitting there in my Echomail IN box.

I've re-run my mailin.ini from mutil and they still remain. I've not changed anything here locally that would stop them from moving to the correct folder...

Just wondering if something is broken...

When you search you multi.ini for "Process: Toss FDN/TIC Files" and your log level=3 It should give to the details of what happened. If any of those files where bad or damaged or have bad CRC32 they will fail to get processed. The *.1.* where is ones that got renamed probably because they already exsisted at the time of the transfer. Sorry of I'm telling you things that you already know. I only mention this because you didn't say anything about what the log shows. Since you did not change anything and it workded before. Sounds like a failed data transfer.

I would run the import ini using logging level 3 and look to see what is
being reported. Is the process actually running or does it exit with a fatal error?

The fact you have some renamed files in there means it looks like it has been an issue for more than a day or so.

Do you see tic files in your inbound also gary?

Ok possibly a .BSY problem causing nothing to be tossed?

..agree the logs would shed some light on these :)

badfile directory was not found. So I made sure the .ini was pointing to the right folder. I processed the mailin with the files copied back there, and it processed them... so even if the 'badfile' folder is not found, it failed... And the reason it failed? I have this system as Drive E: is the main drive.
So I had to make a Network Drive C:. When windows re-boots, unless you click and open the C: drive at least once, no program will "See" C: until you do... And guess where I had the badfile pointed to... Yep...
c:\mystic\fsxnet\badfile ... So since it could not "See" the C: drive, it failed... Grrrrr...

Anyway, looks like it's working Ok for now...
Wish I could sue Mr. Gates for all of the issues we all have with MS
Products.. But hey... he made money right?

I didn't mean to step on any toes.. the thread was To: Avon not To: All just could not resist stating the facts that Logic states, if your data log level=3 then finding "Process: Toss FDN/TIC Files" would tell the story of either a Computer error or a Human error .. maybe both (: Damn I miss Spock.. *shrug* I'll just stay away of anymore extended away missions, and hang out over here in the Badlands.. hopefully I'll run into Seven of Nine or T'Pol ;)
