Are you on Windows or Linux? Are you logging in locally or with a terminal? What terminal? What are your CP437/UTF8 settings? Is it ONLY the chat and nothing else?

I Use Windows 7 32bit
The Text path is correct
Local Code Page: CP437
As Terminal I Use Zoc 7
In Mystic Local Mode same Problem
Chat works but i dont see any template file
