### - so, just as things were running like clockwork they go and mess it
all up duh :)
automatic repeat prescription messages being sent perfectly on-time until
the last placed order, wherein only 5 days after their last delivery there
was another reminder email saying it was again time to request a repeat,
aha, i thought, they've really screwed it up this time coz this time it's ridiculously early?? (thought they were early before but this was crazy!)
checked their portal and it says it's not yet time to request a repeat so ignored it, and the feeling that something wasn't right too, d'oh!
this apparently resulting in a resetting of the automatic reminders now
being delayed by 10-days! and if allowed to continue there'd be nada this
month until the quarterly review in 3 weeks time!
contacted them when it was obviously late (they send these reminders out
18 days after your last prescription has been written, which then takes a
few more days to be processed, the idea being to ensure you don't run-out
of meds altogether and receive the next lot maybe only 2 or 3 days in
advance)
they got my email and realised their mistake but couldn't explain how it happened or now change it, and so to cover their ass they updated my
quarterly review overnight to today, 23 days earlier than previously
booked so everything will now run from todays date instead, including the
next review in 3 months time, and said she'll send it to their pharmacy straight away and to pay for it either today or over the weekend and
they'll pop it in the post for next tuesday after the bank-holiday monday
+ sorry 'bout that... the overall end result being a delay at my end
between prescriptions of a week/eight-days, what's left of my personal
stock from before covering it so no biggie really, and is just curious as
to how they blew it so easily...
to give them their due, however, they certainly jumped on it once the
error was discovered, an emergency overnight appointment not being easy to
come by i bet! especially when people are complaining online that initial appointments are now taking up to 6 weeks! (they've been advertising
heavily recently and it's causing a rush) so it was all rather rushed, as
was the interview itself, her not exactly going into much detail about my progression, if any, she only briefly asking if i'd noticed any
improvement or not before quickly asking for my next selections, candy
store having run out of stock have thus ordered 2 x pineapple god (because
it's delicious) and 2 new ones to try that have gotten good reviews online (Super-G Citra & haymaker haze, both predominantly sativas)
btw, a new one they just got-in is called 'hawaiian rain' costing £110 per
10 grams!(fucking extortionate lol) - that's £310 per ounce!!! damn! you
gotta be rich to smoke that shit? might try 10g of it tho' next time just
to see if it's really worth that, or is 'that' good (it wants to wash the fucking dishes and give ya a blow-job as well at that bloody price! lol:)))
otoh, the petition to be allowed to grow it closing on 20th may next, has indeed reached it's 10,000 signatures mark with 11,003 signatures
currently, and will now be heard in parliament to some extent to see if it warrants going any farther with...
https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/700860 (currently has 11,003 signatures)
the schedule being as Follows:
A 'GYO' registration database could be maintained via local council,
notifying police of local medical grows – similar to Canadian setup.
There are 45,000 legal medical cannabis patients across the UK, prescribed primarily bud/flower or refined oil extracts. Some patients face severe financial difficulty affording their prescription.
Many patients are unable to work, and are forced to turn to cheaper
illicit sources due to affordability. "Grow Your Own" is available to
cannabis patients in many other countries for this very reason, and we
think must also be considered in the UK via a change to Home Office licensing/scheduling.
Government responds to all petitions that get more than 10,000 signatures
At 100,000 signatures, this petition will be considered for debate in Parliament

### - there being no reason not to include it considering just how well
many other countries are handling it, a whole new industry springing-up virtually overnight once they do, and they're desperate for money here!
it also takes a big chunk of that market out of the hands of gangsters, so
why WOULDN'T they allow it?? they'd be nuts not to! it'll prolly take 'em 10-years to sort out and by then legalisation is only just around the
corner anyway!
and is only a shame i prolly wont live to see it huh...
although ya never know ;)
