    ### - so, just as things were running like clockwork they go and mess it
    all up duh :)

automatic repeat prescription messages being sent perfectly on-time until
the last placed order, wherein only 5 days after their last delivery there
was another reminder email saying it was again time to request a repeat,
aha, i thought, they've really screwed it up this time coz this time it's ridiculously early?? (thought they were early before but this was crazy!)

checked their portal and it says it's not yet time to request a repeat so ignored it, and the feeling that something wasn't right too, d'oh!

this apparently resulting in a resetting of the automatic reminders now
being delayed by 10-days! and if allowed to continue there'd be nada this
month until the quarterly review in 3 weeks time!

contacted them when it was obviously late (they send these reminders out
18 days after your last prescription has been written, which then takes a
few more days to be processed, the idea being to ensure you don't run-out
of meds altogether and receive the next lot maybe only 2 or 3 days in
    advance)

they got my email and realised their mistake but couldn't explain how it happened or now change it, and so to cover their ass they updated my
quarterly review overnight to today, 23 days earlier than previously
booked so everything will now run from todays date instead, including the
next review in 3 months time, and said she'll send it to their pharmacy straight away and to pay for it either today or over the weekend and
they'll pop it in the post for next tuesday after the bank-holiday monday
+ sorry 'bout that... the overall end result being a delay at my end
between prescriptions of a week/eight-days, what's left of my personal
stock from before covering it so no biggie really, and is just curious as
to how they blew it so easily...

to give them their due, however, they certainly jumped on it once the
error was discovered, an emergency overnight appointment not being easy to
come by i bet! especially when people are complaining online that initial appointments are now taking up to 6 weeks! (they've been advertising
heavily recently and it's causing a rush) so it was all rather rushed, as
was the interview itself, her not exactly going into much detail about my progression, if any, she only briefly asking if i'd noticed any
improvement or not before quickly asking for my next selections, candy
store having run out of stock have thus ordered 2 x pineapple god (because
it's delicious) and 2 new ones to try that have gotten good reviews online (Super-G Citra & haymaker haze, both predominantly sativas)

btw, a new one they just got-in is called 'hawaiian rain' costing £110 per
    10 grams!(fucking extortionate lol) - that's £310 per ounce!!! damn! you
gotta be rich to smoke that shit? might try 10g of it tho' next time just
to see if it's really worth that, or is 'that' good (it wants to wash the fucking dishes and give ya a blow-job as well at that bloody price! lol:)))

otoh, the petition to be allowed to grow it closing on 20th may next, has indeed reached it's 10,000 signatures mark with 11,003 signatures
currently, and will now be heard in parliament to some extent to see if it warrants going any farther with...

    https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/700860 (currently has 11,003 signatures)

    the schedule being as Follows:

A 'GYO' registration database could be maintained via local council,
notifying police of local medical grows – similar to Canadian setup.

There are 45,000 legal medical cannabis patients across the UK, prescribed primarily bud/flower or refined oil extracts. Some patients face severe financial difficulty affording their prescription.

Many patients are unable to work, and are forced to turn to cheaper
illicit sources due to affordability. "Grow Your Own" is available to
cannabis patients in many other countries for this very reason, and we
think must also be considered in the UK via a change to Home Office licensing/scheduling.

Government responds to all petitions that get more than 10,000 signatures

At 100,000 signatures, this petition will be considered for debate in Parliament

    ### - there being no reason not to include it considering just how well
many other countries are handling it, a whole new industry springing-up virtually overnight once they do, and they're desperate for money here!

it also takes a big chunk of that market out of the hands of gangsters, so
why WOULDN'T they allow it?? they'd be nuts not to! it'll prolly take 'em 10-years to sort out and by then legalisation is only just around the
    corner anyway!

and is only a shame i prolly wont live to see it huh...

    although ya never know ;)

    ### - well how about that :)

another email from this clinic tonite informing that the prescription is
on it's way to the pharmacy and that they will email me in 3 weeks time
about requesting the next one, a similar message posted on the portal's prescription-page...

this last (of mentioning 3 weeks) being an new addition in that these
emails and their portal only ever stated they'll contact me nearer the
time before and now they've added an exact time of 3 weeks and an actual
date, this date apparently set from a prescription having been written
today, 3 weeks from today being approx only 15 or 16 days after actually receiving the previous batch, it being this timing that was confusing
before and that made it look like they were sending the meds too early, so mystery solved...

their new addition of an actual date making things a lot clearer and was
likely brought about by the error just committed in my case, meaning am probably indirectly responsible for them updating their portal to be that
much clearer now, and which is cool if i've somehow managed to give them something back that improves their service not just for moi but for others
too, why it was left vague before not really making sense other than that
was what just maybe seemed best at the time, although why it took so long
and my particular case to upgrade it, have no idea

anyway, a goodly top-up of 'pineapple god' (20g of it this time) is on
it's way, and will prolly be here by wed or thurs next due to the bank
holiday costing yet another day's delay...

mmmm pineapple god (cue homer simpson's long gurgle haha)

a little piece of green heaven!

smile, am thinking if god smokes dope then THIS is what he's prolly
    smoking haha ;)

    ### - nice little update today besides the payment request for my next prescription coming through after the bank holiday and it being processed/confirmed etc, but also an email back from the clinic in reply
to my inquiry about the error in their system, this being it:

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for your email.

I have had a look in to this for you and cannot see that an appointment
was booked in for you on 25/05 as mentioned. This would have been roughly
when your next quarterly review would have been due, based on it being 3
months from your previous review on 25/02. However, as you are able to to
put your repeat prescription requests through after only 18 days, you
would have been due to book your quarterly review 18 days after your 2nd
repeat prescription, so from 23/04 onwards. Unfortunately at present the
portal does not recognise these early repeat prescriptions and therefore everything becomes a little out of sync and you have to be booked in
manually. This is something we are aware of and our tech team are
currently working on a system upgrade to ensure this does not continue to happen.

Going forwards you will be able to request your 1st repeat prescription
from 20/05 onwards, your 2nd repeat prescription from roughly 09/06
onwards and will then be due to book in for your next review from
approximately 28/06 onwards - hopefully the system will have been upgraded
by then so you will be able to book in yourself online, but if it has not please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can book you in manually.
    Kind regards,

    ### - it shouldn't have done that really seeing as my previous review
commenced upon it's quarterly reviews from the 25th, something which
should logically have reset everything from that point-on, so probably
then they have maybe 2 servers running different functions: one for
induction and appointments and another for the quarterly stuff, or it's 2 programs running on the same server, either way there appears to be a coordination error between them that doesn't self-correct, and from what
she said has probably occurred before with updates to the software now
    due...

not that it actually matters or has had any negative effect in my case, my
late prescription now due to arrive on the 8th which is exactly 28 days
since i received the last lot! it's a week late by their usual timing and
thus cutting it close in terms of my maybe running out of meds before
getting refilled (no chance of that haha) else they actually did pretty
well to ensure there wasn't any hiatus to my prescribed regime, which in
terms of patient-care is just fine! i didn't contact them straight away
and waited until it was obviously late giving them even less time to jump about!

i mean, if ever they deserved a positive review for looking after their patients in a timely and reliable manner then here's a very good example
of exactly that! a busy company manually dealing with a known problem and
in this instance getting it right, and that's not bad! :)

pineapple god x 2 IS on it's way and WILL arrive on time!

so i ain't complaining any haha! rather the opposite actually heh...

coz here was things maybe going all-wrong and it all maybe coming to an
end? or just getting messed-up in some bad way that's gonna be grief
instead of enjoyment, but it's not and it's only a glitch, one am sure a
huge pile of money will sort-out at some point when they can afford it,
and which prolly wont be long at the rate they're selling prescriptions!
that is if their ever-expanding invoice numbers are anything to go by hah!
and because based on that they must be currently one of THE biggest
dealers in the uk LOL ! :)))

and that's just the 'medical' side of things??

just imagine then the industry expansion if/when it all goes...
    recreational!

it's worth billions innit, money literally growing on trees that's easier
to produce than tomatoes haha, if anything they're all a bit slow?
holland's been doing it for donkey's years and they're alright! the
economy getting so bad here they might even HAVE to do it lol...

it being funny how change comes about sometimes huh ;)
