What nonsense. It's the Brits and Yanks who would love to rule the
world and at one point the former did. Russians simply don't want to

How's about the Russians set up some ABMs in Mexico, Argentina and
Columbia? That's about equivalent to the missiles being set up in
countries around the Black Sea etc. Think you guys in Cali and
Seattle will be duly impressed? Or will you protest to the
Russians...like they are to NATO?

that can quickly be written to suit just about any situation etc...) and somehow i just can't see 'em all rolling over like that? (china maybe, eventually, who can see the possibility of them becoming number 1 in the
