For those who are familiar with this 3rd eye technique of meditating,
I think it does do something to dreaming. Since I've been doing
this method ALL my dreams are much more vivid and strong. I have
no trouble remembering any dream now. I've only had one lucid
dream since I began this exercise but this dream was the longest
one I've had in six years doing lucid dreaming. It's a great way
to fall asleep too. At least it puts you in the ballpark to
dream. Might as well narrow your chances down so you have some
luck available. I use anything I can to induce dreaming, some
nights there is just no hope though. Oh well. I hope to have
some sleeping positions that people can use here before long.
Just another little thingy us dreamers can use. And who said I
don't have much to contribute here? I didn't stay here just to
rag on shorty. I'm here because I want everyone to succeed with
dreaming. Shantytown will then become Dreamtown. I'm such a
dreamer huh? LOL :)
### - haha fell over this in the google archive today while looking for
summat else completely?
plus i remember this when ya posted it, you also mentioned at some point
in relation to it seeing some kinda green door via these exercises?
something about it appearing above you and you gazing at it anyway as part
of the eye opening etc, but which we now know/realise was very likely hypnagogia brought-on by the exercises themselves?
and that accordingly, this long + unusual dream you describe above; was
prolly a WILD! :D
so howzat?
(funny i should bump into this very early (2001) account of yours innit
huh...)
