Dear Madam, Sir;
I launch today a call to the international organizations to do action and create a Global Alliance to protect me and resolve my case which is a Global case and concerns everyone because of many reasons.

I sent a lot of complaints, requests and calls to resolve my case and obtain protection and to have guarantees that I will not be attacked and be in safe of actions of retaliation, aggression and machinations because I defended my self, my nation and the
humanity, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response, in the same time, I am under attacks and actions of retaliation, aggression and machinations which want to harm me. It is logically; when a case is not resolved the victim is in a permanent
risk and exposed to actions of retaliation and machinations.

The state and the authorities in my country did and do what they can to protect me but as my case is a global case, there are major forces which put pressure on them and bypass their power. They are also victims of this situation and I think that they do
not more actions because of the fear to have uncontrolled consequeces which can harm more the country. We are all wounded.

Dear Madam, Sir;
There are two ways to put end to this tragedy and make definitive resolution and be in safe; the first way is making a deal with the concerned people under the United Nations and the second way is make a resolution in the United Nations and in the
tribunals and courts.

I request you to help me, as soon as possible, to create and host in your organization a Global Alliance to protect me and make an URGENT resolution to my case and stop all actions of retaliation, aggression and machinations which want to harm me, and
launch a call to people to join, participate and support this Global Alliance.

In the nature any action has a reaction, In my situation, I react to the attacks against me and the attempts to liquidate me in a civilized manner, and I call for a peaceful resolution, and I call for reconciliation, mercy and forgiveness as much as
possible. There is no malice or hatred in my heart against anyone, even those who attack me, torture me and try to eliminate me; I feel pity for them because they are on a wrong path that will inevitably lead them to perdition and the perdition of all
people because of their defiance and fight against Allah (God). I do what I do for my safety and the safety of everyone.

Dear Madam, Sir;
A global action is very necessary and an obligation.
