Yes, this is the general conclusion that the posters to one of my U.S.
elections sites have come to as well. It's why I think Biden has no
shot at the nomination now - "crazy Uncle Bernie" may be *crazy*, but
he doesn't appear to be senile like Biden does.

How sad is it that Bernie's main qualification is "I'm not senile"?
